    এশিয়ান জুয়েলারী হাউজ থেকে ক্রয়কৃত গহনার কালার, পলিশিং, রিসাইজিং, রিপেয়ারিং ও রোডিয়াম সহ সকল প্রকার সার্ভিস আজীবন বিনামূল্যে প্রদান করা হয়। তবে এক্ষেত্রে যদি অতিরিক্ত গোল্ডের প্রয়োজন হয় তার দাম বাজার মূল্যে কাস্টমারকে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

    ডায়মন্ড এর গহনা ক্রয়ের ৩৬৫ দিনের মধ্যে কোন স্টোন লস হলে ক্রেতা ২ সেন্ট পর্যন্ত (সর্বোচ্চ একবার) বিনামূল্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পাবে।

    ডায়মন্ডের গহনার সঠিক মান ও পরিমাপ নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিটি গহনার জন্য ক্রেতাকে বিনা মূল্যে আন্তর্জাতিক মানসম্পন্ন সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয় যা ক্রেতাকে নিজ দায়িত্বে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

    গোল্ড ও ডায়মন্ডের গহনা রিপেয়ারিং, পলিশিং, রিসাইজিং এর ক্ষেত্রে ২% (+/-) কাটিং/পলিশিং/রিপিয়ারিং লস হতে পারে।

    ডায়মন্ডের সকল গহনা ক্রয়ের ০৭ দিনের মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র একবারের জন্য কোন প্রকার কর্তন ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। এক্ষেত্রে নতুন মোমোর জন্য সরকার আরোপিত ৫% ভ্যাট কাস্টমারকে প্রদান করতে হবে এবং প্রযোজ্য সময় (যদি লাগে) দিতে হবে।

    ডায়মন্ড এর জুয়েলারীর ক্ষেত্রে মোট মূল্যের সর্বোচ্চ ৫% হারে মজুরী ধরা হয়।

    গোল্ড জুয়েলারীর ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাম প্রতি ৩০০ (তিনশত) টাকা মজুরী ধরা হয়।

    অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর ঢাকা মহানগরীর মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ দিন ও ঢাকার বাইরে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌচ্ছে দেয়া হবে।

    অফার চলাকালীন সময়ে কোন প্রকার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন বা ক্যাশ ব্যাক এর ক্ষেত্রে ৩ কর্মদিবস সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

    এশিয়ান জুয়েলারী হাউজের পণ্যের দাম দেশীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক বাজার ব্যবস্থার প্রেক্ষিতে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। এ ছাড়া একই ধরণের দেখতে হলেও গহনার ওজন/ক্যারেট/পিউরিটি ও ডায়মন্ড এর আকার ও প্রকারের কারণে দামে তারতম্য হতে পারে।

    বাংলাদেশ জুয়েলার্স এসোসিয়েশনের (বাজুস) নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ (ক্রয়কৃত গহনা ফেরত দিয়ে অন্য নতুন গহনা ক্রয় করলে) এর ক্ষেত্রে: গোল্ড এর গহনার বাজার মূল্যের উপর ১০% ও ডায়মন্ড এর গহনার মোমোতে উল্লেখিত মূল্যের উপর ১৫% টাকা কর্তন করে নতুন গহনার মূল্য সমন্বয় করা হবে। এক্ষেত্রে নতুন গহনার জন্য সরকার নির্ধারিত ভ্যাট ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

    বাজুসের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রোডাক্ট ক্যাশ ব্যাক (ক্রয়কৃত গহনা ফেরত দিয়ে নগদ অর্থ গ্রহণ করলে) এর ক্ষেত্রে: গোল্ড এর গহনার বাজার মূল্যের উপর ২০% ও ডায়মন্ড এর গহনার মোমোতে উল্লেখিত মূল্যের উপর ২৫% টাকা কর্তন করে বাকী টাকা গ্রাহককে ফেরত দেয়া হবে।

    সর্বক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা, বাংলাদেশ জুয়েলার্স এসোসিয়েশনের অলংকার ক্রয়-বিক্রয় ও বিপণন এর সর্বশেষ নির্দেশিকা ও ই-ক্যাব এর নীতিমালা প্রতিপালন করা হবে।

    All services including coloring, polishing, resizing, repairing and rhodiuming of jewellery purchased from Asian Jewellery House are provided free of cost for lifetime. However, if additional gold is required, customer will have to pay for the additional gold according to the market value.

    If any stone is lost within 365 days of purchasing of diamond jewellery, the buyer will get a free replacement up to 2 cents, maximum one time.
  • 3
    To ensure the quality and measurement of diamond jewellery, an international standard certificate will be provided to the buyer free of charge, which the buyer has to collect at his own responsibility from Asian Jewellery House.

    We offer gift voucher and home delivery services.

    There may be 2% (+/-) cutting/polishing/repairing loss in case of gold and diamond jewellery repairing, polishing and resizing.

    All diamond jewellery can be exchanged within 07 days of purchasing only once without any deduction. In that case 5% government VAT for the new memo shall be paid by the customer and minimum time (if any) shall be allowed.

    In case of diamond jewellery maximum 5% making charge will be added on the total value of jewellery.

    In the case of gold jewellery 300 (three hundred) taka for per gram will be added on the total value of jewellery.

    After confirming order, the product will be delivered within a maximum 5 days inside Dhaka city and 10 days outside of Dhaka.

    Any product exchange or cash back during offer period may take up to 3 working days more.

    Our product’s prices may vary depending on domestic and international market conditions. Also, even though the jewellery looks the same, the price may vary due to the weight/carat/purity and size and type of diamond.

    As per Bangladesh Jewellers’ Association (BAJUS) rules, in case of product exchange (return of purchased jewellery and purchase of new jewellery): Adjust the price of new jewellery by deducting 10% on the market value on gold jewellery and 15% on the price mentioned in the memo of diamond jewellery. Buyer will have to bear the VAT determined by the government for the new jewellery.

    In case of product cash back (returning purchased jewelery and receiving cash) as per BAJUS rules: 20% of the market price on gold jewelery and 25% of the price mentioned in the memo on diamond jewellery will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer.
  • 15
    In all cases, the Bangladesh Government's Digital Commerce Management Guidelines, Bangladesh Jewellers’ Association's latest guidelines for buying, selling and marketing jewellery and E-CAB policies will be applicable.
